When Will I Receive My Item?

You will receive your order in about 4-10 business days usually.

How do I Know My Item Has Shipped And Is In Route?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive another email with your shipping information. Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

My Item Is Damaged, What Can I Do?

Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage. Once we view the damage, we will issue you a refund in the amount of your damaged item.
